Shipping Information

Kindly ensure that your shipping address, phone number and email address are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the courier service or shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

Domestic Shipping within Singapore:

  1. We offer free local shipping or delivery for order above S$120.00 nett. A flat rate of $8.00 is chargeable for order less than S$120.00 nett.

  2. We are unable to deliver parcels addressed to P.O. Boxes, Sentosa, Jurong Island and other off-shore islands, plus restricted areas in Singapore, e.g. army camps, prisons, etc.

  3. We will take 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. Some orders may take longer to process, especially during sales periods or festive seasons.

  4. For delivery by courier service, a tracking number will be provided to enable you to check the status of your parcel.

  5. Should any item ordered be out-of-stock, our sales personnel will contact you directly for further instructions.

International Shipping

  1. Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. As a customer, it is important for you to check with your local customs for information regarding importing products before placing your order. Not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed or even returned.

  2. For overseas shipment, please email to sales@starhealth.com.sg.

  3. Delivery charges will be based on the weight and size of the parcel plus its shipping destination.

  4. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, import duties, warehousing fee, custom and handling charges that may be imposed.

  5. We are not liable (a) for any lost or delay of international parcels once it leaves our warehouse; and (b) if the product(s) ordered is seized by customs in the event of non-clearance.

 

Self-Collection

  1. You may place your online order and collect it from Mom Essentials @ Sq2 (Mon to Sun: 12 noon to 8pm)
  2. Please indicate "Self-Collection" with your preferred date and time when submitting your order.

 

 

Mode of Payments

Payment method 1: Paypal (Visa,Mastercard credit/debit cards, American Express)

- Paypal is a fast and secure way to pay online. All major credit/debit cards are accepted via paypal i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

- You DO NOT need to sign up for/have a paypal account to pay, simply "Check out" with Paypal" and you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal site to pay.

- Click on "Don't have a paypal account" and key in your credit/debit card details.

- All payments are safe, authorized and processed by Paypal. Payment notification will be sent to the customer after the payment being processed. 

 

Payment method 2: Bank Transfer (ATM/ibanking)

-You can opt for Bank Transfer (ATM/ibanking) when making your order. Your order status will be "pending" until payment is received.

-Transfer payment via ATM/ibanking to the following account POSB Savings 085-65178-1. Kindly update us the transfer date and time and transaction’s reference number.

 

-Order will be arranged within the next 3 working days after receive your payment.

 

Payment method 3: Cash & Carry (only applicable for self-collection)

1.You may place your online order and collect it from:

   Mom Essentials @ Sq2 (Mon to Sun: 12 noon to 8pm)

 

2.Please indicate "Self-Collection" with your preferred date and time, as well as the preferred pick-up location when submitting your order.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in checking all orders before delivery. For hygiene purpose, we regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. We can only accept to an exchange if the merchandise received was worn, soiled or defectives and within 7 days upon receipt.


For replacement items of lower value, no refund for the excess amount will be entertained. For replacement items of higher value, customers will need to pay the difference.


Please note that the customer will bear the delivery postage fees involved in the exchange process, and all exchange items have to be returned in the original condition.


All food, milk formula, health supplements, sale/discounted/special priced items are not exchangeable or refundable.
